Lose 10 Pounds In A Month

It's been a while since I last posted. I've gained a little bit of weight back, so I'm starting a new goal to lose 10 pounds in a month. I like setting these small goals because they are obtainable and I can reach them. When I do, it also boost's my confidence to lose more weight.

Here is how I plan on doing it. First off, I'll start being more active. It's really true what they say. The more active you are, the more weight you'll lose and the more you'll want to be active. So I'll start walking and working out more in the yard now that it is warming up.

My next tip that I'll use to lose 10 pounds is too drink lots and lots of water. I can't tell you how much this little tip has helped me lose weight in the past. Drinking lots of water boost your metabolism, flushes toxins from your system and give you an overall health boost.

Obviously I'll also be watching what I eat. Something that I haven't done a good job of in the past. Another tip that has really helped me is to just not buy junk food at the store. If I don't have it at home, then I won't eat it.

Another thing that people looking to lose 10 pounds should do is to find a partner. A partner can really give you a boost when you're down. They keep you on track and both of you can also work out. You'll find that working out with a partner can increase your weight loss over what you would normally lose.

So is it time you set a new goal? Maybe you can try and lose 10 pounds in a month also. Give it a try and let me know how well you do.
